SNES4ALL Beta-1

I just finish the new beta release of my SuperNintendo emulator for Dreamcast:

It has a very important speed increased and VMU/SD-Card support for Savestates and SRAM. At the future I want to implement a OpenGL/PowerVR tile rendering and assembler PPU code because I think that it is the way for avoid frameskip.

  5. Great work Chui. I have a bug report for neo4all though...

Are you aware that if you leave a game running on the attract screen for a while (30 mins or so) the games stop playing music? SFX still work, but the music on aes files don't play after sitting static for some time. Is there a memory leak or something causing this?

  6. AES4ALL/ROM or NEO4ALL/CDROM? You are test it with various games or it is on a determinate game?

    Thanks!

  7. AES4ALL/ROM, running from single game, self-booting stand alone discs - NEO GEO CD games seem unaffected. Andro Dunos is one that springs to mind that has this problem, but IIRC it also happened on Puzzle Bobble. These are the only two I have left on for long enough to notice the effect. To begin with, and whilst playing regularly, music is fine. When left for 20 minutes or so at the attract mode and then starting the game again, there is no music but SFX are OK.

  8. Try the version I uploaded here:

    http://www.dcisozone.com/downloads/2210/andro-dunos-dc-(neo4all).html

Burn it, play it once, leave it running for 30 mins, then start a new game and there should be no music.
